sea_thoughtsI gave in and joined Twitter (mainly to support the NHS). Twitter name is "sonictardis", mainly because my first two choices were taken (someone else has the name Starsea, HOW DARE THEY?) and so was seathoughts or any combination thereof, so I decided to go with a Doctor Who theme. Surprised that nobody else has taken this one actually, seems an obvious combination and has the benefit of referencing one of my childhood past times, Sonic the Hedgehog.

Date: 2009-08-16 09:35 pm (UTC)There's been a recent surge of support FOR the NHS on Twitter in response to the American right using it as a negative example in their campaign to stop Obama's health reforms and a Conservative MP saying he wouldn't wish it on anyone. Yeah, easy for him to say, he could afford private health insurance. So if you search the "welovethenhs" tag on Twitter, you'll find an outpouring support.
